CARNAL NATION

For those of you in the New York area, there's some fun and sexy happenings going on this weekend:

Tonight at the Happy Ending Lounge (302 Broome St) there's Sex Worker Literati, hosted by Audacia Ray and David Henry Sterry.  It's a monthly event, and this month's featured writers are Audacia Ray, Miss Calico , Dylan Ryan, Jo Weldon, Solitaire, and CarnalNation contributor Megan Andelloux.

Also, tomorrow marks the release of the 2010 New York Sex Bloggers' Calendar.  There's a party at Fontana's (105 Eldridge St.) It's free and there's also tons of raffles and stuff, plus several of us here at Carnal Nation will be in attendance.  For the calendar, thirteen bloggers [like Abiola, pictured here] were photographed by twelve photographers around New York City.  All proceeds from the calendar benefit Sex Work Awareness, and the whole thing looks really awesome.  (NB: The fact that my significant other designed the calendar is unrelated to this opinion.  Really!)
