Pittsburgh Passes "Wee-Wee" Law

Public Urination San Francisco StyleIn the U.S., the Right would like you to think that all nudity is sexual and, since they are scared of sex, should be punished. Once in a while, politicians actually see past this as the city council in Pittsburgh recently did when it passed what's been dubbed the "wee-wee bill." Prior to the new legislation ,people urinating in public were either charged with disorderly conduct or public lewdness (the latter branding them a sex offender).  Assuming Mayor Luke Revenstahl signs the bill, those caught urinating in pubic will now "only" face a fine of up to $500 for a first offense and an additional $500 if you don't clean up, which while still excessive is better than being branded a sex offender.

If the council actually wanted to help, they'd build more public bathrooms, but they are probably afraid of what might go on inside them.
